Direct from the source Our products come straight from the factory floor to your front door — cutting out the middleman means better prices for you. The trade-off? It's worth the wait.

Delivery timeframes Because we source directly from our manufacturing partners, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can stalk your package every step of the way.

Where we ship Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — watch this space.
